📅 Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

 

📦 Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

  1. The product must be sealed, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  2. Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or invoice).
  3. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used food supplements.
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago.
  • Final sale items clearly marked as non-returnable.

 

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.

 

📦 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or an error occurred on our part.
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
