📅 Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
📦 Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be sealed, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or invoice).
- For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used food supplements.
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago.
- Final sale items clearly marked as non-returnable.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.
📦 Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or an error occurred on our part.
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
